  Important information Starting January 2020. Our check-in is scheduled with you at a given time before your trip during the following time range 15h- 20h ( 3pm to 8pm). We will wait for an hour but no longer. Please respect this scheduled hour or inform if there has been a problem so we can arrange our team. So other guests can start there vacation punctually! We offer punctuality and a helpful checkin. Thanks in advance! If you need us to save your luggage meanwhile we will not charge extra fee. Please feel free to check with us availbility of the apartment if you need an early checkin or late checkin. Special prices, only charged by Airbnb page after confirming with the guest: Delays of the scheduled time will be charged 30€ extra. Checkin after 20h or 8pm will be charged with an extra 20€. Checkin after midnight 50€ extra charge. Checkin on important worldwide Hollidays 50€ only if available. We do not do checkins on the 25th or 31st of December or 1st of January. Late checkout ( if available) will have an extra cost of 20€. Parking in our building or near by one, will have an extra cost of 10€/ day. Tourist TAX is included in the price.
